Vice President & Principal Engineer of Design

Eric Rivers, P.E., is a co-founder of REAMCO (formerly Rivers Electrical Services, LLC) and husband of Rhiannon Rivers. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2013.

Between 2008 and 2020, Eric gained expertise in project design, management, and implementation in various roles. He also brought several years of bonafide experience in the industry to the founding of this company in 2020.

Eric has worked as a senior engineer for multiple organizations, including Eaton Corporation, South East Switchgear, Valspar Coatings Corporation, and Whitaker and Rawson Consulting, among others.

Today, Eric designs, builds, and commissions a wide range of power distribution solutions for industrial clients. He also uses his field experience to complete arc flash, coordination, and power system studies, among other engineering duties.

Operations Manager

As Operations Manager at REAMCO, Vince Howard brings a solid foundation in electrical and technical services gained over a decade of hands-on experience. Since joining REAMCO in 2022, Vince has focused on enhancing operational workflows and quality control across power distribution projects, ensuring each phase meets the company’s rigorous standards.

Vince began his career with EM&T as an electrician in residential, commercial, and industrial settings (2014-2016), where he developed a well-rounded understanding of electrical systems and safety protocols. From 2016 to 2018, he worked as an Industrial Maintenance Field Technician at C&S Maintenance, taking on the repair and management of low and medium voltage systems. From 2018 to 2022, Vince served as an Electrical Apparatus Technician at III Phase, Inc. concentrating on the reliability and precision of electrician equipment.

At REAMCO, Vince is committed to fostering a collaborative environment that promotes efficiency and quality in every project. His background and dedication support the team’s efforts to meet client needs effectively and consistently.

General Manager

Cameron Cooper is REAMCO’s general manager. He brings 11 years of experience from U.S. Pipe, where he worked in various engineering roles, from an Intern to Plant Electrical Engineer, and up to Director of Projects & Engineering. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and has since obtained his PMP certification.

In this role, Cameron oversees the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring processes run efficiently and identifying improvements to enhance productivity and quality. He also manages our manufacturing and project teams, controls budgets, and coordinates supply chain activities. His role has been integral to streamlining the company’s operations as we have grown.
